Get Far With These Article Marketing Techniques

December 4th, 2012

You can get traffic to your website in a number of ways, but few beat article marketing since it’s not only free but it can get you loads of traffic to your site. We all have our unique strengths and weaknesses, and that is why there is so much various degrees of success with business across the spectrum. All the old vets of internet marketing who pioneered Clickopp Review went through that and know the deal. Historically, taking advantage of third party independent workers provides for increased time on higher priority activities. We understand if you are not quite at that point, though, but there is much available that is very low cost or no cost. There is nothing more frustrating than learning the hard way, and we are talking about getting educated about any new marketing or business method, first. We know you want to grow your business and expand, but due diligence is simply common sense.

The first you’ll want to do is get your articles to online directories and websites as often as you can. The reason for this is that when you submit new articles, you’ll be able to keep yourself in the forefront. The internet is rarely the same from day to day and search engines go through those same changes. So if you have aging articles and you don’t submit new ones, you won’t get the traffic you need. That’s why it’s important to focus on submitting an article daily. This will allow you to not only provide your readers with new information that they’ll find useful, but you’ll also make it so that the page ranks from your old articles go up when they may have dropped. In other words, each new article you write becomes a replacement for an older article and this will make your traffic levels increase. You should always try to make sure that the new articles that you’re submitting are not a rehash of your old articles and provide fresh information to the users. If you can provide useful and unique content and you help your readers, you’ll go far in this business. Few things can compare in IM to the power of testing, and the reason for that is you can optimize based on the results. That is most crucial when trying new techniques much like what you are reading today about That Free Thing. We hope that you develop sound business practices in your own efforts such as this.

Taking action is extremely important, always, but you need to take care about how you approach everything. The scope of some projects can quickly and easily overwhelm a lot of newer marketers, and in that case do some testing and see what your results are. The extent of what will be involved in any test situation will be determined by your primary method of marketing.

What many people do when they just want to get an idea about possibly using anything new on their site is test somewhere other than the home page. Metrics are your best friend in so many ways, and the type of information you need to glean from your testing efforts will be conveyed to you through tracking metrics/data. You can submit your articles to article directories but make sure you’re only submitting your articles to the directories that have a high page rank and that also allow do follows. These sites allow do-follow links, and that basically means that the search engines will be counting the links you include in the resource box. Your link will not only become more popular in the eyes of the search engines, but you’ll also see your site rank higher. You can find these sites by usually doing a simple search on your favorite search engine. These directories, which get tons of traffic, allow you to have some of that traffic read your articles so that the traffic can then flow to your website. You may think that it is going to be hard to find these directories and submit articles to them, but you’ll soon see that the practice brings amazing results.

It’s important keep a track of your failures and the mistakes you make as you go along on your article marketing path. If you want to track everything to the T, it’s a good idea to have a daily report. For example, if you have an article that’s not getting very many responses, you might mark that in your daily report as that will enable you to find out what needs to be done to avoid a lackluster article in the future. Over time, after tracking and testing, and altering, you’ll get better and you’ll see that this technique can help you product insane results. You may find article marketing confusing sometimes, and that goes especially if you have a thousand or more articles already published. So by having a daily report, you’ll be able to see how far you’ve come and also what little details got you there, instead of guessing because you wouldn’t remember what you did otherwise. We have only provided an introduction along with several solid applications utilizing the principles of Affiliate Cash Snipers Review. But it is important to remember that your personal beliefs and attitudes are much more powerful than you realize, and they will impact what you accomplish in business. If you stay in your business long enough and pay attention to your self, you will realize how much of an important part your daily thoughts have on how you perform in business. Whether you are able to maintain a profitable business, reach high goals or somewhere in between is really up to you. Which one you are at this moment is not as important as what you choose to be tomorrow. Things like challenges are just your obstacles to overcome, and you can make up your mind on your own.

In summary, the article marketing strategies discussed above are not enough, and that’s why you should keep on discovering new ones on a regular basis.

How To Know Your Posts Are Being Read On Social Media

November 26th, 2012

Tracking your posts on your social media channels can be quite tricky. But there are specific tools you can use to discover whether your posts generate some interaction from your target readers. There are many thousands of posts on the internet from different social media channels including yours. It will be extremely tricky to track them all, but you need to use several techniques that are more efficient than simple bookmarking. One of the social promoting tips is to hire a social media manager. Not merely will you be well placed to get an effective social media specialist, but you also get to have someone who will carefully track all your posts for you.

If you've a social media manager handling your posts from different social media channels it'll be much easier. It is going to be tough to sense if your posts are basically being read by your targeted readers. Nonetheless a social media manager can use different tools so as to decide whether or not you are able to make interactions with your audience. One actual tool is a social media editorial calendar. Although this can not provide any solid evidence about your posts being read, a social media calendar will help you manage and plan diverse posts on different social networking websites at different time durations all throughout the day. Once you are able to plot the topic and time variables, this will allow you to understand and visualise patterns to determine what will and won't work out.

Though using social media for business is popular, not all entrepreneurs have time to monitor their social media activities. For busy female entrepreneurs, social media manager for female entrepreneurs can noticeably help find posts and other social media activities. A social media manager will have the resources to not only hunt down posts but to organise social media activities like posting and promotion. Depending on the plan of action of a social chief, he or she can make a tracking spreadsheet apart from the social media calendar.

A tracking spreadsheet will help you visualise stats to see what days prove to be highly productive and what days show a great decrease in activity. If you're tracking down your twitter postings, you can make a particular twitter spreadsheet with columns for the date, number of re-tweets, number of fans, number of messages, and your additional notes. Put all the correct information in the right column and the following week; indicate your assessment on your discoveries for the week. If you don't have the resources to do all this, it is going to be really convenient on your part if you can have a social media strategist to do it for you instead.

Tracking down your posts to varied social media channels as well as your other social media activities will allow you to determine if your promotional campaign is really clearing. Although it won't essentially tell you if someone is reading your posts, you may be able to track down the number of visitors that took a glance of your post by visiting the social media platform. This in turn will give you an idea about your promotional campaign and find out whether or not your strategy is working.

Selling Online Part-time May Not Make You Rich But Could Be Fun

October 17th, 2012

Every time you turn on the television you see promotions on how you can make money online is sweeping the nation. People need to have something to fall back on with the national economy being what it is today. Many civil service jobs that were sought by many for job security are not being eliminated because of budget cuts and newer technology.

The best way to sell something is to have a good understanding of it. When choosing what you want to sell make sure you have used it and love it. You can’t be a good salesman if you can’t endorse the product. You could research what the best selling product is on the Internet for a home business but that is time consuming and everyone else is probably thinking the same thing.

Selling books online sounds like it could be a fun business. You would need to have a good supply of books on hand, which on the average I believe most people do. Once you read a book though unless it is a classic or a how-to book, like the best gardening book which describes various plants and where to place them for best results then do you really need to keep them forever?

There are numerous online book service websites that will help you sell your books. All they need is the ISBN number to list it on their website. If and when the book sells they let you know. That is not really the way I would want to do business with someone. Some people may enjoy shopping like that but wouldn’t you rather know a little about a person before selling to them?

Sell books on your own website. Make it match your personality and have fun with it. By giving the visitors a brief description of the books that would show that you are knowledgeable about the books and that you care enough to share that information. You will not have to include a description on some of the self explanatory titled ones like ‘Best Golf Instruction Book‘.

Make your website something that they will want to add to their favorites list. If possible have the option to enter a chat room where they can request certain books they have been looking for. Other people in the room may be able to suggest where the book can be found. That way you could all be helping each other and your website is just the gathering spot for them to meet. Being in business is to make money but it should also be to help people. Nothing brings a person back to a place of business faster than customer satisfaction.

Obviously this is not advice to get rich quick. But you’ll make new friends and you will be doing the public a service that most businesses have forgotten about. You’ll be having fun and you will be networking which is a great doorway to new opportunities. Another plus of having your own business is that it’s a tax write-off. Any deductions we can find when doing our taxes is going to be a good thing.

Flexibility And Innovation Can Ensure Nice Income

October 16th, 2012

It’s the truth that any economy — no matter how well it’s humming along — can crash and burn literally overnight. Having a fair amount of flexibility and innovation, though, can ensure nice income even in the worst of economic circumstances because there now exists an excellent tool for people who are willing to learn a bit about how to use it in the right ways, and therefore guarantee some amount of income.

What this tool is, of course, is the Internet, and it’s given people an endless number of legitimate ways to make money online. In truth, many people already realize this but just as many people don’t quite have a clear idea of how it can be accomplished. However, the Internet makes it almost impossible not to find a non-criminal way to go about actually making money while online.

For example, consider learning how to make money blogging, by setting up a website and then acting as its proprietor. Blogs can be an excellent way to begin to attract attention and, most crucially, visits from those who have an interest in the content being featured on the blog. It doesn’t matter, really, about the content because chances are millions of other people out there are interested in it.

Don’t believe it? Well, take a second to think about how many people live on the planet. Billions and billions, literally. Now take a second to imagine how money people are using the Internet at any given moment, that’s probably at least a billion or so. Of that billion, millions may have an interest in model rewarding or whatever it is that happens to be on that blog.

And this is why activities carried online — such as by blogging or promoting items on a website — can be a good way to begin generating Internet business income that can generally survive any economic downturn or circumstance. All those visits to a blog can be turned into money, but it’s first necessary to do a little work promoting the website in the right ways to start building up interest in it.

This income happens because there are a number of advertisers and merchandisers out there looking to place links on the site to other sites where goods and merchandise can be sold to those visiting from the original website. The blog owner then receives a commission, either from people clicking on the ads at the blog or from people buying goods and merchandise when they are referred from the blog to the other website.

Many of the things discussed serve to illustrate why people who are innovative and adaptable can indeed ride out almost any economic trouble, because they understand that it takes innovation and adaptability, especially when it comes to harnessing the power of the Internet. Never forget, though, that there are scams on the Internet, so check any offer out thoroughly before participating in it.

10 Tips To Write And Make Money

January 18th, 2011

Ok, so I was watching a video the other day. A guy called Robert Evans who has started quite a nice movement that he’s pretty passionate about. His idea is to get thinking people on one plane… by helping them write mini-books and learn how to make money from them using an online system he’s developed (and about to launch).

Since I am an author, I was happy to run through his entire hour-long video. Here are 10 ways to make money from your writings he says.

  1. Print them as a book
  2. Do an ebook
  3. Pass them around free at clubs etc
  4. Bundle them with a cd and do extra givaway copies
  5. Build a list
  6. Use smart phone apps
  7. Link the ebook to affiliate programs
  8. Write a series
  9. Create a membership site
  10. Give out free copies liberally

Now here’s the disclaimer. As a checklist this perhaps does not make much sense. So you want to check out his hour-long video (which you can pause and forward, to hear only where you need explanation). His points are lucid and good.

What I also liked were his other videos on the mindset of a writer. For instance he urges you to find a book topic by asking 3 key questions of yourself:

1. What do you want to do or have more of in your life?
2. What do people really want and desire these days?
3. Is that something that you also want in your life?

Find a match and you have a home-run! Further, to connect with your readers check:

1. What is the journey I want to take my readers on
2. What benefits do I want to deliver to my readers
3. How can I add more value

Write a desire statement… the journey comes from there. And to reach your desire, focus on your feelings by asking 5 questions:

1. How am I feeling right now
2. What’s causing me to feel that way
3. How can this feeling serve me today
4. What thoughts words or actions can i have / take today to amplify or decrease the energy of this feeling
5. How am I feeling now that i am aware of my feelings and consciously in control of how they serve me

What these questions do is help you steer along a writing process during which you detatch yourself. You develop a specific writing schedule, keep it simple and show up at your writing table every day! It’s important, he says, to be aware of the writing environment so it fosters creativity and dispels distractions. Herein you allow things to happen… even if nothing happens! In a few days you’ll start writing and 15-20 minutes a day will result in a new book every week!

Looking at these structures I think Robert’s system might be pretty good. His parting advice to avoid writer’s block certainly was… never stop at the END of a chapter / para / sentence / word he advises! Celebrate small completion successes and you’ll always be moving forward!

This must be THE FUNNIEST video I have seen lately…

Like all good things – like Caviar, Blue Cheese and Marmite – only a few will love what we have in here. Love to read your comments below!

An interesting experiment with a ‘Search Marketing Keyword’

November 11th, 2010

As an internet marketer you must be always finding search marketing keywords that you can make money with. As I understand it, a search marketing keyword is some word or phrase that a reasonable number of people search for online… and since there is traffic for the word there are potential buyers for whatever products you can associate with the keyword.

Now maybe this is an incorrect understanding of this phrase, but hey, I came across ‘search marketing keyword‘ just five minutes ago while using my favorite keyword research tool to search some keywords in the keyword research space… for a series of videos I’m making.

What surprised me was the fact that 79 people are searching for this rather strange phrase ‘search marketing keyword’ every day. Moreover, the software tool told me that only 28,500 search results showed up for it and only 2620 of these had the phrase in the title of the piece. These are excellent numbers to penetrate through for page 1 listing, I thought to myself. So I looked up the SEO competition module to see who else had thought of doing that. And surprise surprise!

There was no EzineArticle review in the entire competitive set of Google page 1. Now I thought, why not write and article and see if it ranks up there because search marketing keyword is certainly a term prospective free-trial users of Market Samurai will be looking up.

So here I am writing writing a Market Samurai Review; how I use is a great tool to locate (and evaluate the power of) other such fantastic keyword phrases.

It has more than 8 tools built within to analyze keywords and competitive data. It drills down to a level where you can know precisely where your competition is getting its ranking from and you just need to follow through a plug the leaks. It tells you which keywords rank how well for which domain. Confusing? Not if you are trying to push a keyword in top spot and encounter a ‘hidden’ stumbling block. Then you’ll know exactly how powerful this feature is.

In addition, if you integrate you blog with the tool, the tasks of finding and publishing content can be automated as well. You can find monetization opportunities on the fly for any keyword you like. For example I could push ‘search marketing keyword’ into this tool and know what affiliate programs will allow me to make money from this obscure phrase! How’s that?

But anyhow, that’s not what I intend to do. I know you would like a Market Samurai free trial and I’m going to let you have it with ‘6 more free secrets’ at http://www.doonlinebusiness.info/2010/06/22/seo-secret… Enjoy!

Postscript: An ezine article on ‘Search Marketing Keyword’ is on Google page 1 (was posted 72 hours ago). Guess who wrote it?

Mahatma Gandhi’s Leadership Styles In Management

November 9th, 2010

Mahatma Gandhi was a unique individual. If you read up some of Gandhi’s famous quotes what will strike you is an amazing and unnatural depth in leadership styles in management of a nation’s mindset.

Leadership Styles In Management

Truly, management is completely different from leadership. Like opposite ends of a coin. While Gandhi might have been ‘managing’ the Indian freedom movement with a troop of comrades on clockwork precision, he was actually leading a change of mindset that effected change in everyone who participated with him.

Leadership Styles In Management

Leadership is about casting a vision and allowing it to seep into others so they follow the lead. Management is about dealing with situations such that results become tangible. You can manage people but that will only be because you have the authority to do so bestowed upon you. But you can lead from anywhere, by example, so that your influence infects others and regardless of your position or authority, they follow what you say.

Gandhi’s Leadership Styles In Management

Gandhi said “We must be the change we want to see in the world.” This is a powerful quote. This is one of the leadership styles in management that encourages people to ‘self-manage’ themselves. He also said, “A small body of determined spirits fired by an unquenchable faith in their mission can alter the course of history.” And he did that too.

Leadership is best by example. Do what you say in such a way that others can do it too. Management is best an expertise. Do what others cannot so you gain authority over them.

So, to be a good leader you need to be very skillful to construct bridges of empathy with people. Else you will never be in their shoes and they will not follow… because you don’t know them and they can feel it.

This is also why most people find it easier to be managers. Management can be taught. Leadership must be cultivated. Mahatma Gandhi was a leader who kept working on himself till he became the man worthy of gaining a country’s following.

He took a stand on issues. He said, “A ‘No’ uttered from the deepest conviction is better than a ‘Yes’ merely uttered to please, or worse, to avoid trouble.” A manager would try to please in order to diffuse a situation. A leader will not worry about creating a situation.

So the leadership styles in management that we see with Gandhi famous quotes are distinctively what anyone can evolve into being. Provided one wants to. He did. And look where it took him!

One of the best resources for leadership education starts at a site here. Watch a short video on Gandhi leadership and famous quotes approach here.
